Setting Up Your Account
Dealers / Installers
Click the “tracking: register” link in the upper right hand corner and fill out the form. We’ll set up an account for you for testing devices prior to delivery to your customer. Devices are typically added to your account upon shipping unless you haven’t registered yet. In that case, please call or email us to have the devices added. We’ll need the IMEI number from each device.
User / Owners
Click the “tracking: register” link in the upper right hand corner and fill out the form. We’ll set up an account for your devices. Once they are successfully tested by the installer, call or email us to move the devices to your account. If you install them yourself, devices are typically added to your account upon shipping unless you haven’t registered yet. In that case, please call or email us to have the devices added. We’ll need the IMEI number from each device.
